I'm a Senior Revenue Operations professional based in Berlin, specialising in CRM architecture, GTM systems design, and marketing automation for B2B SaaS companies.

Over the past five years, I've built and scaled HubSpot-based revenue infrastructure across companies operating in DACH, North America, and APAC. My work sits at the intersection of technical depth and commercial outcomes: I design systems that actually get used, automate what slows teams down, and make data trustworthy enough to make decisions from.

At a B2B SaaS EdTech company in Berlin, I defined the long-term CRM Vision, architected a multi-platform revenue data stack, and engineered Python-based automation that recovered over 15,400 working hours and cut more than €25k in annual vendor spend. At a regional talent platform in Southeast Asia, I built HubSpot from the ground up and grew hot MQLs by 389%.

I care about doing the technical work well, not just scoping it. I write code, build integrations, and get into the data myself. If something is broken, I'd rather fix it than document it as a known issue.
